Managing DirectorRobert has over 25 years of underground operational experience, beginning as an entry level miner through to Project Manager, with various mining contractors and companies.
Following the formation of RND Resources, Rob has specialized in “hands on” operational improvement, mentoring crews and providing Mine Management with pragmatic and operational advice.

Technical DirectorRodney is a mining engineer with over 28 years of experience in operational management, technical services and study management.
Rodney has extensive experience with mining contractors including project management, estimating, commercial negotiations and providing clients with support to maximize the value from for the clients.
